- Develop and implement sales strategies for Key Accounts to achieve business growth targets.
- Develop and execute structured Key Account Plans, coordinating sales territory and technical resources as required.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers on matters related to farm biosecurity especially Pest Control Management, safety, product quality, and operational efficiency.
- Manage the sales process through direct customer engagement, including regular customer visits, workshops, trial and training activities.
- Identify new business opportunities while ensuring the sustainability of long-term relationships with key customers.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science or Animal Science.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience managing Key Accounts and Sales in the animal farm business or poultry farm management.
- Strong technical knowledge of poultry farm management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capability, Strong relationship-building and trust-management skills.
- Proven Key Account Management and Project Management skills.
- Willingness to travel as required to support business needs.
- Holds a valid and active Class A driver’s license (SIM A).
