- Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and QA teams to ensure smooth product development.
- Monitor feature usage and analyze user behavior using tools like Google Analytics and internal dashboards.
- Collect and prioritize feedback from users (teachers, students, parents) and internal stakeholders.
- Support product testing and QA to ensure high-quality releases.
- Help maintain product documentation and release notes.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Keep a close eye on competitors and edtech market trends to inform product direction.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, or related).
- 2-3 years of experience in product management, product operations, QA, or a similar role.
- Strong interest in educational technology and digital learning
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Familiarity with tools like Looker, Google Analytics, Figma, or similar
- Understanding of agile product development process
- Knowledge of UI / UX best practices
- Experience in education or subscription-based products is a strong plus.
