Key Responsibilities
- Assist in formulating annual and long-term agency strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Lead smaller strategic projects or workstreams under the guidance of the Strategy Manager.
- Conduct agent segmentation and performance analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare strategic reports and presentations for leadership and regional alignment.
- Monitor implementation of strategic initiatives and provide feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor benchmarks to inform recommendations.

Kualifikasi Minimum
Purpose
Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive agency growth, productivity, and retention. Act as a bridge between analysts and managers, ensuring timely delivery of insights and strategic plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, planning, or strategy (insurance or financial services preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
