Assistant Manager – Agency Strategy  

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating annual and long-term agency strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead smaller strategic projects or workstreams under the guidance of the Strategy Manager.
• Conduct agent segmentation and performance analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare strategic reports and presentations for leadership and regional alignment.
• Monitor implementation of strategic initiatives and provide feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of programs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor benchmarks to inform recommendations.

Purpose
Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive agency growth, productivity, and retention. Act as a bridge between analysts and managers, ensuring timely delivery of insights and strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, planning, or strategy (insurance or financial services preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
