- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- Present products or services to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Maintain and update sales pipeline and activity reports regularly
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or Business Development (fresh graduates are welcome for junior roles)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target-driven and experienced in working with KPIs or sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, confident, and highly motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
