IT Vendor Management Specialist  

1. Coordinate the team and be responsible for IT goods and services procurement activities in accordance with the bank's procedures.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to determine vendor criteria and conduct vendor evaluations.
3. Source vendors for IT goods and services procurement.
4. Work with stakeholders to assess vendors and recommend selected vendors for internal bank approval.
5. Analyze the cost structure of commercial offers provided by vendors.
6. Negotiate commercial offers with vendors to achieve cost savings for the bank.
7. Responsible for tender strategies and documentation in accordance with the applicable procedures.
8. Manage tender approval documents and prepare Work Order/Purchase Order documents for selected vendors.
9. Ensure that the Work Order/Purchase Order is received by the designated vendor.
10. Support the development of procedures related to IT goods and services procurement.
11. Evaluate, analyze, and register potential bank vendors, ensuring they meet the bank's partner criteria as per applicable procedures.
12. Manage vendor legal documents and conduct periodic reviews of the bank’s partner vendors.
13. Prepare an annual report of the bank's partner list.
14. Manage the database for IT goods and services procurement expenditures.
15. Maintain good relationships with IT vendors to ensure efficient and effective cooperation.
16. Support the development and management of vendor governance policies and procedures.

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or an equivalent field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
3. Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
4. Good decision-making abilities.
5. Ability to work cooperatively across teams and functions.
6. Proficiency in both Indonesian and English is preferred.
