- Gather and analyze user requirements related to Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions and design appropriate technical approaches to meet those needs.
- Design, develop, test, and monitor AI and Machine Learning (ML) models for various use cases, including but not limited to prediction, classification, segmentation, and process automation.
- Develop end-to-end AI/ML pipelines, from data collection and model training to deployment in production systems.
- Collaborate in the development of web applications or systems that integrate AI components using Python or other AI tools/frameworks.
- Execute development processes in compliance with the company’s Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Collaborate with developers, data analysts, and business teams to ensure AI solutions are aligned with company needs and policies.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive project documentation and related documents.
- Provide input and recommendations on the adoption of emerging AI/ML technologies.
- Recommend policies, guidelines, or procedures to ensure the ethical, secure, and responsible use of AI technologies.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related field- or proven hands-on experience in AI-related projects.
- Solid understanding of SDLC (Waterfall & Agile) methodologies.
- Experience delivering AI/ML-based projects in Agile or Waterfall settings.
- Strong programming, algorithmic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Python skills (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) for AI development.
- Database expertise (SQL Server 2019, MySQL), plus API design & management skills.
- Familiarity with Django, Flask, and front-end tools (HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, React.js, AngularJS).
- Ability to create clean, maintainable code and comprehensive technical documentation.
