- Analyze and update .NET applications for OS and database compatibility.
- Support Windows and SQL Server upgrade activities.
- Troubleshoot upgrade-related issues and optimize performance.
- Conduct deep analysis to provide solution, ensuring seamless integration between systems while maintaining performance, data integrity and scalability.
- Ensure .NET applications remain stable and compatible throughout the upgrade process.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Good communication skill in English (written and spoken) – required for communication with local and regional teams
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a .NET Programmer, preferably in system integration projects
- Experience in software development project in Banking industry is preferable
Hard skills
- Proven experience working with middleware, APIs, ETL process and data transformation tools
- Strong knowledge of system development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Waterfall methodologies
- Solid understanding of web development and database programming using .NET, and MS SQL
- Familiarity with security and regulatory standard of system development for financial industry
- Excellent system impact analysis and troubleshooting skills
Soft Skills
- Strong communication, analytical and coordination abilities to work with cross-functional teams, incl. regional/global counterparts.
- Familiarity with system technical documentation in English
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on process and documentation.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
