- Retrieve and prepare data queries requested by users or the development team to support feature design and analysis.
- Perform performance tuning to improve system and database efficiency.
- Handle change requests and support the enhancement of new and existing features.
- Manage and support new configurations related to new partnerships or integrations.
- Conduct brainstorming and technical discussions with the development team to identify solutions and improve workflows.
- Monitor deployments to ensure successful implementation and handle post-release issues if needed.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for APIs and system functionalities.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as System Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of PL/SQL (Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Views).
- Proficiency in MySQL including querying and performance optimization.
- Experience using Postman for API testing and validation.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work in banking industry.
