Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, planning, development, and launch.

Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear product requirements.

Create and manage PRDs, user stories, and product roadmaps.

Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.

Monitor product performance and user behavior to drive improvements.

Prioritize product initiatives based on business impact and data insights.

Ensure smooth execution within Agile/Scrum environments.
Kualifikasi Minimum
-
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Digital Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst.

Strong experience in product lifecycle management.

Proven ability to translate business requirements into product specifications.

Experience creating PRD, user stories, and roadmap planning.

Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting product metrics and user data.

Familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Miro.

Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to prioritize effectively and make data-driven decisions.

Willing to be placed on a 6-month contract
