- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring IT project activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams to manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and resource allocation.
- Support Agile ceremonies, project documentation, and regular status reporting.
- Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality standards and requirements.
- Utilize AI tools and prompting techniques to improve project management efficiency.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and banking business processes.
- Familiarity with AI tools and prompting techniques.
- Good to excellent skills in work planning, scope management, resource management, risk/issue management, quality management, and change management.
- Strong communication, logical thinking, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Knowledge of software development or IT technical concepts is a plus.
