Job Summary:

The After Sales Technician is responsible for providing technical service and support for sanitary and bathroom products etc, including installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of faucets, showers, toilets, sinks, and related accessories. This position plays an important role in ensuring customer satisfaction through fast, professional, and high-quality service while maintaining safety and product standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide on-site and remote technical support by diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems.
• Installation and maintenance: Perform installations, routine maintenance, and repairs on products.
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs, explain technical issues, and provide training on product usage.
• Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including service calls, repairs, and customer interactions.
• Analyze recurring issues and collaborate with engineering or product teams to suggest product improvements.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure necessary replacements are ordered.
• Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.

• Thorough knowledge of the specific products or equipment they are servicing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Requirement :

• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or other related technical fields.
• Experience as a technician or service staff in sanitary products, plumbing systems, or related industries is preferred.
• Good understanding of product installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional attitude.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently or in a team, and willing to travel for service assignments.
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple service tasks efficiently.
• Familiar with basic tools, spare parts management, and safety procedures.
