SAP Project Manager  

Work Experience

Minimum 10–15 years of experience in IT/ERP, including at least 5–8 years as an SAP Project Manager.

Proven experience leading at least 2–3 successful end-to-end enterprise-level SAP S/4HANA upgrade or migration projects.

Technical & Industry Expertise

SAP Technical Knowledge

Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture.

In-depth knowledge of:

Custom Code Adaptation

Database Migration

Software Update Manager (SUM)

Solid functional understanding of SAP logistics and manufacturing modules, including:

Production Planning (PP)

Materials Management (MM)

Sales and Distribution (SD)

Plant Maintenance (PM)

Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO)

Industry Background

Mandatory experience working in or delivering projects for one or more of the following industries:

Heavy Industry (Mining/Heavy Equipment)

Discrete Manufacturing

Process Manufacturing

Automotive

Strong understanding of industry regulations, manufacturing standards, and core business processes, including heavy asset management, complex supply chains, and automotive production cycles.

Methodology

Strong knowledge of the SAP Activate framework.

Proficient in project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field, with a strong academic foundation in technology, business processes, analytical thinking, problem-solving, project management, and enterprise systems concepts.
