- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to target or various industries.
- Oversee key accounts, manage client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze pipeline health, lead quality, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities among existing clients.
- Contribute to sales forecasts, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related discipline.
- More than 2 years of experience in B2B sales
- Strong negotiation, proposal, and presentation skills, having leadership experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects independently.
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, loyalty, or marketing tech or similar industry preferred.
- Excellent command of English is a must and Bahasa; Japanese language is an advantage.
