- Mengelola tagihan tenant berulang, mengelola tagihan saat tenant akan check out, menginformasikan promo SS & Apik kepada tenant, menginformasikan perubahan harga kepada tenant membuat kontrak booking, mengecek pembayaran oleh tenant termasuk billing, biaya listrik, laundry, dan berkoordinasi dengan tim keuangan terkait pengembalian deposit.
- Memperbarui data recurring, data deposit, dan data lain yang terkait, Updating reccuring data, deposit data, and other related data.
- Menyiapkan reporting yang sesuai standar.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Fresh Graduate atau memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang yang serupa
- Mempunyai pengalaman di bidang hospitality lebih disukai
- Dapat bekerja secara individu maupun team
- Skill: Administratif, Negosiasi, Komunikasi, dan Customer Service
