- Define and execute the overall product and business growth strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle — from market research, ideation, and development to launch and continuous improvement.
- Drive revenue growth through effective monetization, pricing, and partnership strategies.
- Oversee business performance, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth across products and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders to expand market reach.
- Analyze business and market data to identify opportunities, manage risks, and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to deliver impactful go-to-market and growth initiatives.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, business development, or strategy—preferably in tech or digital platforms.
- Proven success in leading teams and driving measurable business growth.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Passion for innovation, data-driven decision-making, and customer-centric solutions.
