- Develop short and long-term digital marketing strategies.
- Create a digital roadmap to strengthen brand presence across various platforms.
- Lead, manage, and develop the digital marketing team (SEO, SEM, social media, content, performance, CRM, etc.).
- Manage the digital marketing budget and optimize ROI.
- Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, email, and others.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic insights.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, CRM tools, etc.) to monitor KPIs.
- Develop and present digital performance dashboards to Management.
- Identify growth opportunities based on data and market trends.
- Direct the development of relevant and impactful content strategies across all digital touchpoints.
- Ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
- Ensure website optimization (UX/UI, traffic growth, conversion rate optimization).
- Develop SEO and SEM strategies to improve visibility and both organic and paid acquisition.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Creative teams to align messaging and strategy.
- Manage relationships with agencies, digital vendors, and other external partners.
- Develop and implement marketing communication strategies aligned with the company’s vision and business goals.
- Create an annual marketing communication plan, including campaign strategies, campaign calendars, and key messaging.
- Oversee consistency across all media and communication materials.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing
- Proven expertise in developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Proficient in SEO, SEM, Social Media Ads, Content Marketing, and Conversion Rate Optimization.
- Experienced in using Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English both verbal and written
