Site Supervisor  

We are looking for a skilled Site Supervisor to manage and oversee our interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all works are executed safely, on schedule, and meet quality and design specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations on interior fit-out sites (retail or fnb projects)
• Ensure all work aligns with design drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Monitor project progress, workforce productivity, and material usage
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Resolve on-site issues efficiently, including manpower, materials, or technical challenges
• Maintain accurate documentation: progress reports, site logs, and material records
• Provide guidance and mentoring to site teams to ensure high performance

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or S1 in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field
• Proven Experience (2-5 Years minimum) in interior fit out projects
• Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, finishes and materials
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings, shop drawings, and specifications
• Excellent leadership, communiation, and problem solving skills
• Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
• Willing to work at night and on site for extended periods
