About the Role:

Legal counsel serves as a crucial advisor within an organization, offering expert guidance on legal matters spanning compliance, risk mitigation, contract negotiation, and dispute resolution while also ensuring the organization’s activities align with legal requirements

Job Descriptions:

• Draft and review various agreements and any other legal document.
• Provide legal advice on any potential or actual legal issues, incl. internal wrongdoings, claims, disputes, legal actions, and court proceedings, for the company’s business transactions and functional departments, especially related to corporate, manpower, IP, vendors, suppliers, and partnership.
• Analyze legal implications of various issues and advise various internal stakeholders and management.
• Advise resolutions of disputes, litigation, and regulatory matters incl. contracts, intellectual property, data, and employment issues affecting the business.
• Processing any required license or other requirements that the company must comply with.
• Monitoring any update of the Government laws and regulations and managing online system submission, LKPM, etc.
• Manages external notaries and external legal service providers.

• Bachelor in Law.
• Min. 5 years of experience in corporate legal (Fintech/Digital payment companies/law firm is a plus).
• Proficient in crafting legal documentation with precision and expertise.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills for effective collaboration within legal teams and with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent research, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
