Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide and maintain work equipment (hardware & software) to support the needs of all employees
- Manage Hardware and Software Troubleshooting: desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Install Operating System Support: Proficiency in managing and supporting Windows, macOS, and possibly Linux environments.
- Manage Network Connectivity: LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN
- Mange Office Equipment Troubleshooting: photocopiers, printers, and scanners.
- Manage Meeting Room Equipment: like projectors, video conferencing, and display screens.
Kualifikasi Minimum
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.

Min 2 years of experience as IT User Support, IT support Analyst, IT Helpdesk, Field Service Technician

Understanding installation operating system such as Windows, MacOS, Linux Environtment

Having Customer Service Skills: Strong communication skills

Having experience in handling network infrastructure such as LAN, Wi-FI and VPN

Having good experience handling software and hardware troubleshooting
