- Managing talent acquisition, development and retention.
- Designing and implementing learning and performance program.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
- Managing and optimizing daily HRIS operations and employee data management.
- Assist, coordinate, and collaborate with other departments and/or subsidiaries and/or affiliates.
- Managing related HR administrative works and reports.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in HR, with 3 years in similar role, preferably from manufacturing industries.
- Profound knowledge of HR planning and activities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, learning & development, and performance management.
- Excellent supervisory skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
