Responsibilty :
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews).
- Guide and coach the team and organization on Agile/Scrum practices.
- Help remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics and continuous delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy and prioritized backlog.
- Shield the team from external interference and distractions.
- Track and report Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down/burn-up charts).
- Promote a culture of transparency, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
- Coordinate with other Scrum Masters, Release Managers, and teams to ensure alignment and dependency resolution.
- Support Agile transformation and change management initiatives across the organization.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and Agile methodologies (Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Proven ability to facilitate Scrum events (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Knowledge of Agile project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Azure DevOps, etc.).
