A Chatbot Developer plays a critical role in developing the conversation flow in the chatbot and improving the chatbot platform to meet changing needs. This role will monitor chatbot performance and proactively address any issues or errors. A Chatbot Developer will create clear and comprehensive documentation for chatbot development, including design specifications and user guides.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's or higher degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field;
- Experience with NLP libraries and frameworks such as NLTK, spaCy, or Microsoft Bot Framework;
- Knowledge of chatbot development best practices and design patterns;
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and webhook integrations;
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
