Job Description:
- Configure and maintain SharePoint features including Document Management, Lists & Libraries, and Web Parts.
- Perform data cleansing, create data catalogs, and execute bulk document uploads within the EDMS environment.
- Handle and resolve issues related to SharePoint upgrades and data migration, especially for Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint users and internal teams.
- Participate in SharePoint implementation projects based on business requirements.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a SharePoint Administrator, particularly in EDMS, using: SharePoint 2013 / 2016 / 2019 / SharePoint Online.
- Experience using Nintex Workflow and/or Nintex Forms (or similar workflow tools) for at least 1 year.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
Minimum 1 year of experience in:
- Data cleansing, data catalog creation, and bulk upload.
- SharePoint configuration (Document Management, Lists & Libraries, Web Parts).
- SharePoint project implementation and support.
