- Design and develop SharePoint Online solutions, including sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.
- Customize SharePoint using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and out-of-the-box features.
- Manage and support SharePoint environments, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Participate in solution design discussions and recommend best practices.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution for SharePoint-related problems.
- Support SharePoint migrations and integration with other Microsoft 365 services or third-party systems.
- Maintain documentation for developed solutions, configurations, and processes.
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data protection policies.
- Provide guidance and occasional support to junior team members.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience working with SharePoint (Online and/or On-Premises).
- Solid experience with Microsoft 365 services and cloud-based solutions.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and Power Platform.
- Experience in developing and customizing SharePoint solutions.
- Familiarity with SharePoint migration tools and methodologies is a plus.
- Understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience working with REST APIs and integrating external systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
