- Lead Generation & Database Management - Identify, segment, and maintain accurate records of potential delegates in a CRM through research across industry databases, associations, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Delegate Outreach & Acquisition - Engage prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to communicate the value of attending the conference and convert them into confirmed delegates.
- Collaboration with Marketing Team - Work closely with marketing to align campaigns, provide input for targeted promotions, and share market feedback to enhance strategies.
- Relationship Building - Foster long-term relationships by serving as the main contact for delegate inquiries and offering tailored solutions such as group or VIP packages.
- Sales & Revenue Targets - Achieve delegate acquisition goals by managing the sales pipeline, closing deals, and ensuring compliance with pricing guidelines.
- Event Support & Onsite Engagement - Support delegate registration and engagement onsite, strengthen relationships through networking, and gather feedback for post-event improvements.
- Reporting & Insights - Deliver regular reports on outreach and conversions, analyze delegate data, and provide market insights to refine acquisition strategies.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Excel/Google Sheets for tracking.
- Knowledge of B2B sales, particularly within conferences and exhibitions.
- Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
- Professional, customer-focused, and relationship-oriented.
