IT Application Support MRP  

1. Batch & Production Support: Ensure the stability and successful execution of critical end-of-day (EOD) batch processes for banking operations during both day and night support shifts.
2. Incident & Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve production issues by performing SQL-based data patching, troubleshooting system errors, and escalating high-impact incidents when required.
3. Service Desk & Ticketing: Manage and resolve user-reported issues through Jira, maintaining timely support and high service quality standards.
4. UAT & Testing Support: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities by preparing test data, validating fixes, and assisting users throughout the testing lifecycle.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional infrastructure teams, including Wintel and Identity & Access Management (IAM), to support system maintenance, device compliance, and access updates.
6. Post-Maintenance & Monitoring: Conduct post-maintenance validation and monitor UAT server resources to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
7. Operational Readiness: Maintain operational readiness of company devices and applications, ensuring compliance with banking policies and fast-paced operational demands.

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or a similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
3. Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Database (SQL querying, troubleshooting, and data validation) and Linux environments.
4. Experience supporting production incidents, End-of-Day (EOD) processes, system monitoring, and issue resolution.
5. Familiarity with Jira and experience supporting UAT activities.
6. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
7. Willing to work in shifts and provide support during day/night operational activities when required.
8. Experience with Core Banking applications, particularly Oracle Flexcube, will be considered a strong advantage.
9. Able to communicate in english, either verbal or written.
