Commercial Intern [PT MLB]  

About the role

Commercial Intern play a key role play a key role in handling commercial emails, keeping documents organized, and supporting daily administrative tasks to help commercial activities run smoothly.

What you'll be doing

• Receive, monitor, and respond to commercial-related emails (quotations, customer inquiries, supporting documents, etc.).
• Organize and archive documents and correspondence neatly and systematically.
• Assist with other administrative tasks related to commercial activities

What we're looking for

• Open to active university students from any major, minimum in their 6th semester, who have no class to attend (allowed to take 1–2 days off if needed).
• Fluent in English – both written and verbal (must have).
• Familiar with formal email communication and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to work under pressure.
• Possesses good and professional communication skills.

Great to Have

• Knowledge of the shipping and maritime logistics industry is preferred.
• Possess a valid English proficiency certificate (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
