- Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, safe, and fully operational to support daily business activities.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and utilities, ensuring availability and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate facility management, maintenance, and repair activities with internal teams and external vendors.
- Maintain and organize company documents, records, and filing systems in a systematic and accessible manner.
- Handle administrative coordination, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when required.
- Provide logistical and administrative support to various departments to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Support employee onboarding logistics, including preparing workspaces and coordinating equipment or access requirements.
- Manage and monitor the inventory of office assets and facilities.
- Oversee the proper disposal or replacement of obsolete or damaged office equipment in accordance with company policies.
- Assist in preparing and monitoring the General Affairs operational budget to ensure efficient cost management.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in General Affairs, Office Administration, or Facility Operations.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle operational issues effectively.
- Good technical proficiency, particularly in administrative systems and standard office software.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and operational processes.
- Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to adjust to changing operational needs and priorities.
- Strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
