Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to translate project requirements into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain server-side components using Ruby on Rails, ensuring code quality and best practices.
- Optimize application performance and scalability for a seamless user experience.
- Implement and manage data storage solutions, including databases and APIs.
- Participate in code reviews and work closely with the QA team to identify and resolve issues.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proven experience 3-5 years as a Backend Developer specializing in Ruby on Rails.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and MVC architecture.
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, including ActiveRecord, RESTful APIs, and relational databases like PostgreSQL.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
