- Responsible for functional test, system integration test & performance test execution and validate software applications prior to final release to customers and experience using automation tools
- Running procedure is given to test the resolution for incidents found in Incident or Problem Management and/or changes in the current system in the staging environment (Automation Test).
- Analyze and review technical documentation (FSD and TSD) created by vendor
- Create System Integration Test (SIT), UAT Plan and User Acceptance Test (UAT) document
- Go-Live migration support, Post Go-Live and Production Support
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer in software development projects.
- Strong experience with Katalon Studio and Groovy scripting for automation testing.
- Proficient in manual testing and test case design.
- Hands-on experience in API testing (using Postman or similar tools).
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
