Project Manager  

• Supervise and monitor Junior Software Engineers and Software Analysts in RPA development using UIPath.
• Supervise and monitor Data Analysts in data visualization projects using Tableau.
• Ensure that Junior Software Engineers and Software Analysts provide effective mentoring and training to client employees in using UIPath for RPA development.
• Ensure that Data Analysts provide effective mentoring and training to client employees in using Tableau for data visualization.
• Manage project timelines and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
• Identify and resolve obstacles and issues that arise during project execution.
• Coordinate with the team and stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow.
• Prepare regular project progress reports and present them to management.
• Document project processes and outcomes for future reference.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of the output produced by Junior Software Engineers, Software Analysts, and Data Analysts.
• Collaborate with Rakamin's internal team regarding the assigned program.

Salary
Rp 3.500.000/month

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in an equivalent role.
• Available for at least 25 hours per week, willing to attend online meetings with clients and the team during office hours.
• Strong Project Management skills and knowledge and fast response.
• Willing to work hybrid at the client's office in Jakarta
• Familiar with RPA development using UIPath and data visualization using Tableau is a plus
• Can join ASAP
