- Monitor and conduct unit testing and code reviews of committed code done by the Indonesia team to have clean code
- Lead team for the web or mobile applications development.
- Develop clear and effective codes to achieve both product and business goals
- Manage Renos Architecture in AWS environment, and limited to role as Dev-ops.
- Define Technology roadmap and security guidelines for the company
- Follow release cycles and commitment to deadlines.
- Proactively research and stay on top of trends in ecommerce/marketplace design for Technology and securities trend.
- Mentoring junior developers and focus on team contribution.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Team Lead
- Have capability to write maintainable, scalable, efficient and modular code
- Motivated, dynamic, inspiring and Result-oriented, and has strong portfolio with demonstrable Team-Lead skills
- Work in a cross-functional team, collaborating with peers during entire SDLC
- Experience in developing both frontend and backend systems
- Have strong knowledge of managing AWS environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- able to work under Agile environment
- Ability to code in Golang, Python, PHP, Flutter and React js is a plus
- Fluent in English is a must (Oral and written)
