- Initiate and develop strategic plan by understanding markets, competitors and customer needs to build & enhance Renos business capabilities, especially Design & Build through new and interesting partnership and B2B model.
- Actively seek partnership opportunities for Renos to encourage business growth, business expansion.
- Understand, and be able to analyze customer data, behavior and needs, and be able to visualize data in excel/presentation and communicate with stakeholders properly.
- Set up campaign and conduct the end-to-end process of launching partnership campaign, activities and activation, by collaborating with business partners and cross-functional team to working on internal processes
- Prepare campaign performance tracking report together with the proactive improvement plan
- Lead and work closely with related team and stakeholders for partnership project, be able to manage project priority and drive end-to-end project development to ensure that the project will be delivered on time.
- Proactively manage, monitor and report on the execution of deliverables and project status in an effective manner across stakeholders.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity as well as collaborate with related party to ensure that Renos remains competitive and attractive to customers.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor or Master's degree in marketing, business administration or digital field is a plus
- At least 5 years' experience working in partnership management, digital marketing, business analyst or any related fields
- Have strong relationship with potential partners in Home & Living, Developers, and Real Estate Sectors
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects
- Excellent communication, visualization, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience in managing a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Experience carrying a revenue target with the ability to develop compelling strategies and implement tactics that deliver team results
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to develop and communicate data-driven business strategy, plan and insights
- Exceptional relationship skills with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and drive prioritization and business objective
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Dashboard and creation of complex project plans and analysis
