F&B Trainer  

Develop and implement quarterly training programs for restaurant staff, including service crew, supervisors, and shift leaders.

Conduct classroom-style and on-the-floor training sessions focused on:

Customer service excellence

Food safety and sanitation

Standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Product knowledge

Upselling and guest engagement

Teamwork and workplace professionalism

Evaluate employee performance through observations, assessments, and feedback sessions.

Monitor training effectiveness and track employee progress using performance evaluations and coaching discussions.

Identify operational and service gaps and recommend improvement plans.

Prepare and submit regular training and performance reports to higher management.

Coordinate with Operations and HR teams regarding staff development and compliance requirements.

Assist in onboarding and orientation programs for newly hired employees.

Ensure training materials and manuals are updated according to company standards and operational changes.

Support management in promoting a culture of continuous learning and accountability.

At least 2–3 years of experience in restaurant training, operations, or people development within the F&B industry.

Experience in casual dining or quick service restaurant operations is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards, food safety, and operational procedures.

Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

Strong coaching, evaluation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting/documentation.

Ability to manage multiple training schedules and coordinate with different restaurant teams.

Professional, organized, and detail-oriented.

Willing to work full-time in an office-based setup.
