- Lead Tech and Platform teams to ensure strong performance and alignment with business goals.
- Develop tools, automations, and tech solutions to streamline processes and reduce manual tasks.
- Oversee daily platform operations across POS and online food delivery platforms (merchant and customer-facing apps) to ensure speed, accuracy, and 0% operational errors.
- Continuously improve systems by identifying issues, fixing bugs, and driving tech-first initiatives.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 4+ years in backend/platform operations with a focus on tech driven process optimization.
- Skilled in PHP, Node.js, or Golang; experienced with APIs and/or web scraping.
- Strong SQL and database management skills for stable and accurate system performance.
- Proven track record in leading tech projects and cross-team collaboration with clear reporting.
