Accounts Payable Specialist  

Sarisuki is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist who will be part of the Finance Team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure team & organization compliance with Accounts Payable process and procedure, with any deviation identified, resolved and escalated on a timely manner
• Identify and recommend improvement on the Accounts Payable process and procedure
• Manage company’s accounts payable and work closely with the requestor, and strategize on payments of long outstanding due
• Be continuously abreast on tax changes, responsible in executing tax updates and changes, and conduct tax education or training, if needed
• Responsible in tax compliance: filing, payment, and reporting
• Assist in the Cash Flow forecasting and work with relevant heads on the payment priority per schedule
• Able to do a Root Cause Analysis and ensure non-repetition of the same problem
• Able to successfully resolve issues but know when to escalate challenges and errors to senior leaders
• Ad-hoc tasks as might be asked to do by the head of the department and/or management

• At least 2 years relevant work experience in Accounts Payable
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting courses
• Comprehensive tax knowledge and experience in tax filing are required
• Technologically adept and has familiarity with any Accounts Payable or Accounting platform or system, either commercial or proprietary
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools is a plus
• Experience in a start-up company is preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management, organizational, time management and communication skills
• Analytical and able to connect dots on a bigger scale
• Willing to report daily in San Juan, Manila office
