Talent Acquisition Specialist  

Recruitment & Talent Sourcing

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for all departments: job postings, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand roles and team needs.
• Source candidates using various platforms: job boards, LinkedIn, career fairs, and referrals.

Screening & Assessment

• Conduct initial candidate screening to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and refine assessment tools and processes.
• Present shortlisted candidates with insights to hiring managers for decision-making.

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

• Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate journey from application to onboarding.
• Support employer branding efforts through social media, recruitment events, and content.
• Act as a brand ambassador at every external interaction.

Data & Optimization

• Track and report on key recruitment metrics (time to hire, source of hire, acceptance rates, etc.).
• Maintain accurate data using HRIS/ATS systems.
• Recommend improvements to recruitment processes for better efficiency and quality.

Strategic Fit & Workforce Planning

• Help align recruitment practices with company core values and vision.
• Participate in hiring strategy discussions and workforce planning.

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in a fast-moving or multi-role environment.
• Skilled in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and evaluation.
• Proficient with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, HRIS, or other similar platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, agile, and organized with a strong sense of urgency.
