- Lead the transition from manual to digital warehouse and fulfillment operations.
- Implement and manage warehouse management systems (WMS) and automation tools.
- Oversee digital inventory tracking to improve accuracy and reduce errors.
- Optimize order fulfillment processes using technology to increase speed and efficiency.
- Coordinate with IT and digital teams to integrate new software and tools smoothly.
- Train warehouse staff on digital systems and promote adoption of new technologies.
- Monitor KPIs to evaluate the impact of digital initiatives and continuously improve workflows.
- Ensure data integrity and real-time visibility of inventory and fulfillment status.
- Manage returns and after-sales logistics using digital solutions for better tracking and customer experience.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in warehouse and fulfillment operations, preferably with exposure to digital systems.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software, and automation technologies.
- Experience leading or participating in digital transformation or process automation projects.
- Ability to analyze workflows and implement technology-driven improvements.
- Good leadership skills with the ability to train and guide teams through change.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with data analytics and performance metrics related to warehouse operations.
- Adaptability and eagerness to stay updated with emerging technologies and trends.
