1. Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Planning
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Monitor budget utilization and ensure alignment with business strategy and revenue targets.
- Support management with financial scenario planning and business decision modeling.
- Improve financial planning accuracy and strategic resource allocation.
2. CAPEX Evaluation & Investment Feasibility Analysis
- Evaluate capital expenditure proposals, new projects, and expansion initiatives.
- Conduct ROI analysis, payback period assessment, and financial feasibility studies.
- Review business cases for new store openings, warehouse expansion, product launches, and strategic investments.
- Ensure investment decisions are financially sustainable and aligned with company priorities.
3. Business Expansion Financial Review
- Support strategic expansion planning across retail, distributor, manufacturing, and digital channels.
- Analyze profitability impact, funding requirements, and operational scalability of new business initiatives.
- Provide financial recommendations for partnerships, key accounts, and growth opportunities.
- Support long-term business sustainability planning.
4. Profitability and Business Performance Analysis
- Monitor business profitability by product, channel, branch, and business unit.
- Conduct margin analysis, cost optimization reviews, and performance benchmarking.
- Provide management with actionable insights for improving profitability and efficiency.
- Support commercial and operational teams with financial performance evaluation.
5. Delegation of Authority (DOA) Management
- Develop and maintain financial approval structures and Delegation of Authority (DOA) policies.
- Ensure clear approval ownership for spending, procurement, investment, and strategic decisions.
- Review authority limits and maintain governance discipline across departments.
- Strengthen accountability and reduce approval risks.
6. Approval Matrix and Governance Control
- Manage approval workflows for major financial commitments and strategic decisions.
- Establish governance standards for procurement, contracts, investments, and large operational spending.
- Ensure decision-making follows company policy, authority structure, and compliance standards.
- Reduce financial leakage and governance gaps.
7. Board and Executive Financial Reporting
- Prepare strategic financial reports for Managing Director, Board, and executive leadership.
- Support board meetings with investment summaries, financial risk analysis, and decision recommendations.
- Coordinate financial governance reporting and executive-level financial visibility.
- Improve decision transparency and executive oversight.
8. Policy Governance and Compliance Monitoring
- Develop and review finance-related policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Support policy implementation and governance discipline across business units.
- Coordinate with Internal Control, Accounting, and Treasury teams for compliance alignment.
9. Financial Risk Governance
- Identify and assess financial risks across operations, investments, and strategic decisions.
- Strengthen preventive controls for fraud, authority abuse, and financial exposure.
- Support risk mitigation planning and governance improvements.
- Protect financial sustainability and business integrity.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Master’s degree (MBA) or professional certification (CFA, CPA, ACCA) preferred
Experience
- Minimum 6–10 years in corporate finance, investment, or financial strategy
Experience in:
- Financial modeling
- Fundraising / banking / investment
- Strategic planning
- Background in investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance is a strong advantage
- Act as financial advisor to management for strategic decision making.
- Support major negotiations, funding strategy, pricing decisions, and expansion planning.
- Provide cross-functional financial insight for sustainable business growth.
- Align financial strategy with overall company objectives.
