- Assist in identifying and accrediting local and international suppliers
- Process and monitor purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve order issues
- Maintain accurate inventory trackers and product catalogs
- Provide regular updates on order status and payment tracking
- Perform other procurement-related tasks as assigned
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Preferably with experience in procurement, order processing, or inventory management (e-commerce experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using office applications and working in a dynamic environment
