- Plan and execute a variety of events, including conferences, workshops, webinars, and trade shows, ensuring seamless delivery from conception to completion.

- Digital Marketing Integration
- Leverage digital channels—such as social media, email campaigns, SEO, and content marketing—to promote events and drive attendance.
- Utilize analytics tools to assess event performance, inform future strategies, and demonstrate ROI.

- Budget & Compliance Management
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

Kualifikasi Minimum
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field
- Event Planning Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage complex events, from conception through execution.
- Digital Marketing Proficiency: Knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing and social media strategies to enhance event visibility .
- Analytical Acumen: Competence in interpreting data to refine marketing tactics and improve event outcomes.
- Technological Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and virtual event platforms.
- Event Management Software & Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in utilizing event management platforms and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to efficiently plan, execute, and oversee events and projects.
- English Proficiency: Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, ensuring clear and effective interactions with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and execution, with at least 3 years in a role integrating digital marketing strategies.
