We’re hiring an Accounts Manager who can protect that standard.

What This Role Really Is

You’re the bridge between:
• what the client wants
• what the market responds to
• what the team can execute
• what actually moves numbers

You’ll lead communication, shape clarity, and keep delivery clean.

What You’ll Do

1) Lead Clients Like a Pro
• Own client communication end-to-end
• Run weekly/bi-weekly calls
• Turn messy conversations into clear next steps
• Manage expectations, scope, and timelines
• Handle tough conversations without drama

2) Keep Projects Moving
• Coordinate with our internal team (chatbot + ads + creative)
• Track deliverables and deadlines
• Keep tasks organized (Mattermost boards)
• Spot bottlenecks early and unblock fast

3) Guard the Message

You should naturally care about:
• clarity over cleverness
• benefits over features
• proof over hype
• story + structure (hook → problem → desire → solution → proof → CTA)

You’ll help keep campaigns aligned with the brand story and the buyer’s psychology.

4) Reporting That Clients Actually Understand
• Ensure reporting is sent on time
• Translate metrics into simple insights and actions
• Keep conversations grounded: “Here’s what’s working, here’s what we test next.”

You’re a Fit If You Have
• 1–3+ years in account management / project management / agency ops
• Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals (positioning, offer, copy basics)
• Strong writing + speaking skills
• High organization
• High ownership

Bonus points
• Experience working with Meta ads teams
• Experience with chatbots/ManyChat
• Experience building SOPs or improving processes
