- 2 years experience in accounting/bookkeeping
- Self-motivated to work through tasks quickly and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with a small team
- Excellent data management capabilities and be comfortable with analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Vlookup and pivot tables)
- NetSuite, Shopify, Stripe, and HubSpot experience is a plus
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Post vendor bills, reconciling discrepancies with internal Operations and Vendor teams
- Post company credit card expenses, working with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate coding and logging receipts
- Create customer deposit entries, Shopify daily deposits, and Stripe membership payments and amortizations from customers
- Review, post, and match bank and credit card downloads to transactions in NetSuite
- Assist with month-end closing tasks as assigned
- Enter commission bills for customers participating in affiliate commission program
- Complete other general accounting tasks as assigned
