Core Operator — Attorney  

What everyone does (core operator scope)

1. Partner and solution onboarding
2. Service provider recruiting
3. Proposal and client execution
4. Platform and operations
5. Finance and correctness (support accurate billing/collections processes)
6. Escalation and problem solving (you will lead on legal escalation)

Your deep skill responsibilities (Attorney)

You will protect the business and enable fast execution:

1. Draft/review contracts (MSA, SOW, NDAs, vendor/provider agreements)
2. Support legal workflows that keep deals moving fast without excessive risk
3. Identify risks early (scope creep, liability, data/privacy issues) and escalate clearly
4. Support collections/disputes processes when needed (tight, professional, documented)
5. Build reusable contract templates and playbooks to increase speed and consistency

We are looking for attorneys who want to master legal operations and become operators, growing into entrepreneurs by operating across the core of our company.

What this role is

This is a T‑shaped role. Your deep skill is legal, but you will also learn how the business is built and operated: partners, providers, proposals, platform workflow, and escalation when risk appears.

Compensation and structure

1. Location: Davao
2. Setup: In person (no remote)
3. Hours: 9 to 5
4. Base salary: Competitive for Davao (0–3 years experience)
5. Overtime: Every additional hour worked is paid
6. Commission: Paid to those who take a lead role in helping land new clients
