Main Responsibilities:
Actively manage the proprietary trading portfolio of the company, focusing on Philippine Stock Exchange-listed equities. Execute trades for existing house clients and Institutional clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate trading gains through short-term to medium-term trading strategies using technical and fundamental strategies
- Monitor market trends, liquidity flows, and key macro indicators to come up with short & medium-term trading strategies.
- Ensure strict adherence to the firm’s risk limits, capital allocation, and compliance policies.
- Work closely with the research team for directional bias, sector themes, and tactical positioning.
- Provide periodic reports and trade rationales to management
- Provide the best execution for Institutional and house clients' orders.
- And other tasks that can be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of trading experience, preferably in equities or multi-asset proprietary desks.
- Strong understanding of Philippine equity markets, trading dynamics, and psychology.
- Skilled in technical analysis, must be able to perform under pressure with tight intra-day decision windows.
