- Assign and review ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes for pediatric services
- Code all pediatric encounters, including well-child visits, immunizations, and sick visits
- Ensure all codes align with current regulations and payer guidelines
- Review clinical documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Identify and correct coding errors proactively
- Resolve coding-related claim denials and coordinate with the billing team on resubmissions
- Stay current on coding updates and industry changes
- Train staff on documentation standards to support accurate coding
- Follow team and/or client’s proper procedures, policies, and methodologies as instructed.
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned
Kualifikasi Minimum
- This role is offered on a consultancy basis with a minimum 6-month contract, subject to renewal based on performance and business needs.
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC AAPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS/CCS-P AHIMA)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric coding
- Solid knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Clear and effective communication and organizational skills
- With strong internet connection of at least 100 mbps
- Able to work from home with reliable internet and a backup connection.
