- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into system specifications.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation to support development and operational teams.
- Configure and support SAP modules, particularly related to presales processes when required.
- Participate in the software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, development coordination, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct system testing and implementation activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Provide production support during system go-live and post-implementation phases.
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA teams, and business users to ensure smooth system delivery.
- Deliver user training sessions and documentation to ensure successful system adoption.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues during development, testing, and production phases.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or other related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of life insurance business processes and business rules.
- Experience working with insurance-related applications, including front-end systems, integration platforms, or core insurance systems.
- Hands-on experience with LifeAsia / L400 insurance systems, including product setup and configuration.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and documentation, including creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience participating in full-cycle system development.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to write and execute SQL queries (DML commands) for data analysis and validation.
- Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with SAP functional configuration, particularly in Presales module, is a plus.
- Familiarity with ABAP debugging is an advantage.
- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willing to Work from Office in Jakarta Area
