Back End Developer  

About the Project
We are building a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to support 24x7 warehouse operations, configuration, and monitoring.

The platform includes:

• Web (Admin & Supervisor Panel) → configuration, dashboards, reporting
• Mobile/Handheld → operational tasks such as receiving, picking, stock checks, and deliveries

You will be responsible for developing the core backend services that power both platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop microservices using Spring Boot + Maven.
• Design and expose RESTful APIs with Swagger documentation for web and mobile integration.
• Implement background jobs (batching, scheduled reports, data sync).
• Apply business rules and validations for WMS processes (inbound, outbound, putaway, picking, adjustments).
• Ensure real-time synchronization across handheld devices and dashboards.
• Optimize PostgreSQL queries for large, high-volume datasets.
• Integrate with barcode/QR/RFID logic and external systems if needed.
• Contribute to system monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana, Spring Actuator) and testing (JUnit, Mockito, K6).
• Collaborate with web (Laravel/Next.js) and mobile (Flutter) developers to align API contracts.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint demo, retrospective).

• API & Integration: REST APIs, Swagger/OpenAPI, WebSocket
• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/Jenkins, AWS (EC2, S3)
• Monitoring & Testing: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki/ELK, Spring Actuator, JUnit, Mockito, K6
• Collaboration: Jira, GitHub/GitLab, Confluence

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of backend development experience (Java, Spring Boot).
• Proven experience developing microservices, REST APIs, and background jobs.
• Strong knowledge of database design and SQL optimization.
• Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) projects preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP integration is a plus.
• Background in manufacturing/logistics industry highly valued.
• Hands-on experience with containerization, CI/CD, and monitoring tools.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills in Agile environments.

Work Arrangement & Contract

• Mode: Fully on-site (Jabodetabek area) or Hybrid — to be confirmed by IT Department.
• Contract: PKWT (Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tertentu) with possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.
• Candidates must be willing to work on-site at Jabodetabek if required.
