Data Engineer  

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data warehouse solutions to support business intelligence, regulatory reporting, and internal analytics.
• Analyze and integrate data from multiple sources, including bank regulatory data (OJK, BI), internal systems, and external sources, ensuring high data quality, reliability, and consistency.
• Develop and optimize ETL processes using AWS services (Glue, Redshift, S3, Athena, Step Functions, etc.) and Python.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment and maintenance of data solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and business units to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Document workflows, data architecture, and implementation procedures using Confluence or similar tools.
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies to improve system performance, scalability, and analytics capabilities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in Business Intelligence, with proven success in building scalable data solutions.
• Strong programming skills in Python and solid SQL knowledge across SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (Glue, Redshift, Step Functions, S3, Athena, etc.) and ETL pipeline development.
• Familiarity with data warehouse concepts, CI/CD deployment, and both Windows and Linux environments.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify root causes, and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with supervisors, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Professional attitude, critical thinking, and problem-solving mindset.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and continuously improve data solutions.
• Experience with Confluence and Apache Flink is a plus.
