Mobile Developer  

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain Android and multi-platform mobile applications using technologies such as React Native, Cordova, or Ionic, based on business requirements.
• Build and maintain reusable, modular, and scalable components to support medium to high complexity mobile application projects.
• Continuously design, enhance, and deliver new features and services with a strong focus on quality, performance, and scalability.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3, following coding standards and best practices.
• Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and backend services, handling asynchronous data flows efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers to integrate systems built with Java EE, Spring Framework, SQL, and relational databases.
• Work with the engineering team to design and implement scalable, high-performance system architectures.
• Perform performance analysis, tuning, and optimization to improve latency, memory usage, rendering efficiency, and overall application responsiveness.
• Actively participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural design sessions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define feature specifications and deliver functional prototypes.
• Ensure application availability, stability, and long-term maintainability to support system growth and future enhancements.

General Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mobile Developer (Android), with strong hands-on expertise in React Native.
• Preferably experienced in two or more multi-platform mobile application projects, such as React Native, Cordova, or Ionic.
• Proven experience in handling middle to high complexity mobile application projects, including end-to-end feature development and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of React Native fundamentals, including component lifecycle, hooks, state management, and reusable component patterns.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with AngularJS or Angular is a plus.
• Solid experience in API integration, particularly RESTful services, and handling asynchronous data flows.
• Familiarity with Java EE or Spring Framework for backend integration is an advantage.
• Good understanding of SQL and database structures.
• Strong awareness of mobile application performance optimization, including latency, memory usage, rendering efficiency, and overall app responsiveness.
• Understanding of scalable and performance-oriented mobile application architecture.
• Able to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following industry best practices.
• Experienced in using version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows such as branching strategies and code reviews.
• Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment, open to feedback, and proactive in continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
